8 BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE COMMUNICATION
Throughout our daily life, we participate in exchanges of information, data opinions.
Having a role as messengers, we have a responsibility to have them transmitted as best we can. There are certain rules that can make it easier for us, that what we say and what the receiver perceives and interprets, is the same.
Understanding these basic elements can help us in the preparation of a business presentation or a job interview, in the visit to a client or in a daily conversation.
8 BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE COMMUNICATION
1. Issuer - Identifies who generates and issues the message.
2. Message - Statement sent by the sender and received by the receiver.
3. Channel - Physical medium through which the message circulates. Oral, written, body language.
4. Receiver- Who receives the message and interprets it.
5. Response - Messages that the receiver returns to the sender. Using the various transmission channels. It allows the sender to perceive how well, and how accurate the message was received.
6. Environment - It is the environment, physical and psychological, where messages are sent and received.
7. Context- The scenario, conditions, and expectations of the elements involved.
8. Noise - It is interference or anything that blocks or changes the intended meaning of the transmitter.
